Phase One Capture One Pro 5!!! Today Phase One released there brand new Capture One 5 Pro! The interface of 4 looked miles ahead of 3, but sadly it was never a pro version! Phase One had to address this and they released 4 years later and now 5! Here are some of the new features: Live Preview Enhanced Speed up image composition, lighting, and focusing with Live Preview. Makes it possible for the photographer, art director, client, and others to easily view an image on a computer screen at the same time, in real-time. Especially useful with technical cameras. Live Preview is now available for both Mac and Windows and comes with improved performance. Focus Mask New Accelerate your image selection by using the Focus Mask for fast verification of image sharpness and focus. The Focus Mask is applied both to the image(s) in the viewer and to the thumbnails in the image browser. The Focus Mask is perfectly suited for portrait, wedding and [...]

The Future of Photoshop Healing tool! I’m sure many of you use the healing tool to clean up images, let it be blemish in someone skin, remove unwanted items in the back ground, and even use to remove dust spots from your digital camera. It can be a very tedious chore to do over, over and over! Here is a video from Adobe Lab showing off its new Healing tool technology! I can’t wait for this this tool! I just hope its not CS5, cause i’m only enjoying CS4 now! Video after the jump. Source:[Fotozine]
