Phase One introduces P40+! Well all i can do is drool when Phase One decides to come out with new back. They are releasing there new P40+ back with sensor+. Now you have don&#8217;t have to shoot the full 40MP all the time, you can now shoot 10MP@12&#215;12 micron! Dreamy! Rolling Shutter from hfortysixit on Vimeo. What&#8217;s a Rolling Shutter with a CMOS sensor? Many people do not know what a rolling shutter is in video cameras with a CMOS sensor. Here is a great example of what a rolling shutter would look like. As watch the video you can see how the dash and mirror look like &#8216;JELLO&#8217;, its moving in a wave. I&#8217;m not too sure what camera was used in this video, but i do believe that many newer palmcorders, prosumer, and pro cameras control a rolling shutter much better.
