Real reason why the Canon 5D MKII price went up in Canada!
If you didn’t hear the word on the price increase in Canada for the 5D MKII then your lucky cause this won’t really affect yourself too much. But for many who put there names down on a list or prepaid there was a haunting class from your retail store saying that the price of your Canon 5D MKII has gone up in price. Its was a $300CDN price increase on either the body only or kit. Its was no small price increase, but they say its really cause of the weak CDN to YEN!
Really i think its Avril Lavigne!!! Did you happen to notice that customers in Canada get a phone call just after the Avril campaign comes out??? Cause Canon Canada decide to get a washed up artist that still asks for top dollar! Avril doesn’t does not even look like she happy to use the products. Why? I’ll never know. Good idea? No! Who has to pay for this campaign….Canon users in Canada!!!! Avril tax forever will haunt Canon 5D MKII users for life!
