Windows 7 x Canon
Well looks like if you own a Canon products and just recently got Windows 7, are you wondering what is compatible? Canon released a 16 page pdf stating will and will not work! More info after the jump. Source:[Imaging Resource]
EOS‐1Ds, EOS 10D, EOS D30, EOS D60 and EOS Digital Rebel, Canon’s EOS Utility is not supported in Windows 7, and hence images must be viewed directly from the memory card. The version of EOS Utility bundled with the EOS‐1D Mark II, EOS‐1D Mark II N, EOS‐1Ds Mark II, EOS 20D, EOS 20Da and EOS 5D meanwhile supports Windows 7 in 32-bit mode only, along with the somewhat cryptic note “not recognized when using the standard function of OS”. Finally, the EOS Digital Rebel XT is supported in Windows 7 32-bit only. – Imaging Resource
